名氣、水準最高的意菜館，午晚市長期爆場。老闆兼意籍總廚 Umberto Bombana，事事講究，外牆請意大利藝術家繪畫，店內有 Andy Warhol版畫；每套動輒萬元名牌餐具，貴氣富品味。用料精，設恆溫室儲存頂級意大利火腿、魚子醬、芝士、橄欖油。菜式偏向北意風格，多肉類食材，口味偏濃。 Bombana鮮有下廚，但 QC出色，烹調功夫到位，手做意粉 al dente，醬汁濃稠度恰到好處，提味卻不掩蓋食物鮮味。五道菜 tasting menu可嘗盡店中招牌菜。冬季以白松露菜式最人氣，枱枱必點，菌香溢滿一室。
