Budapest St. Stephen's Basilica #7

St. Stephen's Basilica是為了紀念匈牙利首位天主教國王Stephen而建，是Budapest最雄偉的教堂。

It is dedicated to St. Stephen, the first Hungarian Christian king, and designed by Jozsef Hild in Neo-Classical style. Construction began in 1851, and was completed in 1905. The Neo-Renaissance dome was added in after the original one collapsed in 1868.

教堂內部華麗不可言喻，豎立著大理石雕像的大主壇、精美壁畫、雕工精細的大理石浮雕、 彩繪玻璃、大型的管風琴和挑高的殿堂，令人感到莊嚴的氣氛。

最神聖的物件是存在禮拜堂的Stephen右手木乃伊，想一覽這個寶物要投幣後點燈才得以看見。
